Bio:
It was but fourteen short years ago that an imperial man and a bosmer woman gave birth to a young beautiful boy inside a small Anvil hospital. It took much consideration, but the two loving parents decided on naming the boy Kiaru. They owned a small house on the docks, and always brought the beautiful infant out to look out to see and to watch the sunset. The boy was cared for and loved and treated like an angel. His father, a manly man Imperial, disliked the fact that his wife treated Kiaru this way. His father worked as a castle guard in anvil, making it difficult to spend time with his son the right way. His mother did not have a job, as she always stayed home to take care of the baby.
Approximately one year after birth, Kiaru took his first steps. His mother was more excited than ever, but his father did not see it. The man regretted this all his life. His mother began to let Kiaru walk to the docks to watch the sea and sunset by himself, with her still at his side. The boy thoroughly enjoyed this experience. His father came home that night and saw the boy standing at the docks. He was thrilled and excited. He ran up to the boy and hugged him hard before setting him back down.
Nearly eight months after that, the boy said his first word [Dada, obviously.]. This time his father was there, and he was extremely thrilled. He hugged him once again and said that he loved him. He sent the boy to his room and began talking with the mother. They spoke of his work and how he was called to defend the boarders of Elsweyr from angry Khajiits. His mother was devastated at this news and begged him not to go. His father explained that he had to protect them and that he would come back. His mother reluctantly agreed, but still knew in her heart he would not return. He left, and that was the last time either of them had seen him.
The next few years were filled with a depressed mother, letters from Kiaru's father, and life continuing on differently. His mother locked herself in her room when the boy was eight, and read his letters over and over again. She no longer took Kiaru to the docks, so he began going there by himself. He sat near the boats and constantly looked out to sea. He watched the sunsets that seemed so much more dull without his mother around to enjoy it with him. He began to wonder if his mother didn't care for them anymore, however one evening he saw his mother, staring through the window, tears rolling from her eyes.
When the boy was ten, his mother received a letter announcing the death of her husband. It seemed that he had been killed when a handful of insane rebel Khajiits had emerged from their homeland and slaughtered his group of soldiers. His mother was mortified at the news and read the bottom. Her and her son were invited to his funeral in the Imperial City. His mother quickly packed up and, without explanation, brought the boy outside the city gates on horse back. They left the city, his mother moving with haste. About five minutes outside the city, the horse suddenly stopped. The two looked in front of them to see three gray wolves, ready to strike. His mother whispered to him to get off the horse and slowly move back toward the town. Kiaru slowly climbed off of the horse and began to creep back down the road. The wolves snarled louder and began running toward him.
The mother whipped the horse down the opposite road toward the Imperial City, provoking the wolves. They quickly followed. His mother disappeared into the trees. The boy, frightened as hell, scurried back to the town. Along the way, he ran into a hooded man carrying a boy. Sad, he quickly latched onto the man and sobbed into his coat. The man, confused, hugged him back, then took Kiaru to his hut about 5 minutes away from the city. He sat the boy down, gave him some food, and asked what the problem was. The boy slowly ate and explained as best he could. The man looked like he saw a ghost at that point. He sighed and offered to take care of the boy. Kiaru nodded, unsure as to what he would've done if this man hadn't come along.
For the next four years, the man taught Kiaru about hunting with bows, and took care of him as if he was his own. The bow learned much about bows, including how to make them. His new father watched him create his new weapon and gave him many arrows. The man taught him how to make arrows as well with nothing but stones and wood. At the age of 14, however, the man left Kiaru while he went on a hunting trip down South. Weeks past, but he never came back. Kiaru assumed the worst and ran back into town, back into the docks, and back into his old home. It was abandoned, but everything was still the same as they left it. The boy began living there in secret, frequently leaving the area for hunting and watching the sunset on the end of the docks once again.
